Once you share your records or enter your conditions and medications, our system cross-references your case against current clinical guidelines, published research, and matched clinical trials for each condition you manage — then checks everything against everything else, including medication interactions across conditions. A licensed clinician reviews the report before it's delivered, typically within 24–48 hours.

No. Your Care Report and Hugo are informational and educational — designed to help you understand your options and ask sharper questions at your appointments. They don't diagnose, prescribe, or replace the judgment of the physicians and specialists who treat you. Always talk to your care team before making any changes to your treatment.

That's the core of what we built. Most patients on Hugo Health manage two or more conditions. Your report doesn't just cover each one separately — it checks your medications and treatment plans against each other, so a change your endocrinologist makes gets weighed against what your cardiologist and rheumatologist have you on too.

At minimum, your current diagnoses and medications. Connecting your medical records (through most major U.S. health systems and pharmacies) gives Hugo Health a fuller picture and a more precise report, but it's optional — you can enter everything manually instead.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, accessed only by the clinical team working on your report, and never sold. You can request an export or full deletion of your data at any time from your account settings.

Not directly today — every report is built to be printed or shared with your care team by you. Many members bring their report to appointments or attach it to a portal message. We're exploring direct care-team sharing as a future feature.

Tell Hugo or update your record, and your Care Report is automatically re-checked. You'll also get proactive updates when new research, a guideline change, or a newly approved treatment becomes relevant to your case — you don't have to go looking for it.
