Membership and billing

Membership would renew monthly until cancelled. Trials would convert to a paid membership only with explicit confirmation, and members could cancel at any time from account settings, with access continuing through the end of the current billing period.

Your responsibilities

You would be responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, and for discussing any report contents with your treating physicians before acting on them.

Limitation of liability

As with any informational health service, use of this product would be at your own risk, and liability would be limited as described in a fully drafted agreement.
